Of course someday it will be allowed, marriage is a commitment and the reason is love, and love could never be forbidden.
It is just a matter of time for some narrow minded people to accept... (in Spain it's already legal).

Someday the next generations will look back and say I can't believe they did that! just like we see today slavery and oppression.
I'm an optimist and I bet it'll happen soon.

Of course they should! If it's legal in other countries, then it should be legal here as well. Unfortunately, there's a problem. You guessed it-the Christian Conservative movement, led by Pat Robertson, Rod Parsley, et. al, are to out to make this illegal! It's people like them who should shut the **** up and let grown, consenting adults do this! It's a free country, for crying out loud! Gay marriage is a right, regardless whether the government or the Bible-thumping moralists say!

there is such a state that let's gays get married there but, I do not remember the name, it came out on the Laredo Morning Times my hometown newspaper.I hope that all those gays and lesbians, excuse me if I offend anyone would one day be happy and people would accept them for what they are not of who they are. My grandson was gay and he was 23 yrs. old his partner and him were going to a foreign country to get married about two yrs. ago, but because he was gay some men killed him, stabbing him 87 times all over his body. To this day I miss him a lot, he was the oldest of my grandsons.A more caring person I have never seen he always worried a lot of whatever problem there was with the family.

I truly hope so, for the sake of your country.

Why don't you move to New Zealand - we are a lot more liberated and free thinking over here. First country to give women the vote, and also one of the first to legalise homosexual marriage (or Civil Unions, as they are called).
