You have a contract, and you must perform it.

However, if you breach that contract by not accepting delivery the dealer has to take reasonable steps to minimise their loss. As they still have the car, and can sell it again, the loss will be the difference between the price that you were prepared to pay and the price that it was eventually sold for which may not be much, and they may not bother to chase you. Your call and there is the prospect of some exposure to a claim from the dealer.

This post is subject to any special terms in the contract, and any weird local laws. And you should consult a local lawyer and not act on advice from total strangers on the internet, which would be dumb

If you have a signed contract and you are of legal age and that the dollar amount of the transaction is within the limit of the Statue of Fraud (and it varies from state to state even if they are similar), you are out of luck. However, if you have a valid reason, you may want to talk to them. But legally, is am not sure you have much to go on.

You are legally bound. It is your signature on the contract, not the acceptance of the car that binds you. Unless they did something to prevent you from taking possession, you are stuck. They may make a deal with you but legally you are bound to the terms of the contract.

most likely you will not get the money back on a used car because what they call as is warrenanty if you have not got the car yet you better check to see if you got scammed.you might also check to see if it is stolen. either way if you have paid for it and don't have the car you better be checking why you don't have.
