It varies more from person to person than from region to region, and it really doesn't make a difference other than visually anyway. But Italians, like most Europeans, are unlikely to have been circumcised, so you'll have a whole man with all his equipment intact. Much more pleasurable that way.

i think size just depends on the person for example this goofy white guy who is a friend of mine looks like he dont have anything going for him wouldnt you know it he is packing about 9 to 10 inches an on the otherhand theres a guy friend that is a sexy stud built to perfection in every inch of his body and he is only working with 6 inches and a curve. so i say hey it depends on the man

I don't know about Italian men being endowed but. I know for a fact that black men are one inch more endowed because thats just how bless they are. Look up cosmopolitan.com if you don't believe me that should be proof enough plus, they did studies!!
