How do you get photos from your ipod to the computer so you can edit them?

my comp crashed so i need to transfer them from ipod to the computer

If you're working with windows: Open my computer and click the ipod(it should be the f drive or something of the sort). click tools, folder options, then click show hidden files. while in the ipod directory there should be an ipod control. click that then youl have music photos etc. click photos and copy and paste to your hard drive. they wont be labeled but if you hold the mouso over the file it shoudl show you the original file name..

if working with a mac: i have no clue.

If you try enabling disk usage for your Ipod within Itunes, you should see the Ipod as a new device. You may need to enable view hidden files as the previous comment stated. You should then be able to explore the Ipod's files

You can't transfer photos from an iPod to your computer...lol.

Just edit them on the computer, sae and they should go on the ipod
