i am testing how sucrose and yeast levels affect fermentation. i need to find an experiment to follw with clear directions.
plz help if you can.

You have to design an experiment. If you are finding how sucrose concentration affects fermentation, you need all the other conditions and amounts, e.g. temperature, volume, yeast amount constant while varying sucrose concentration. Only change the variable that you want to find its effects from. This shold give you a guide.
