Halloween is the day before "All Saints Day." Celtic people were celebrating this holiday before the bible either way though. It came to america through our irish immigrants. I think how irrelvant the question is will be better understood when you look at Halloween's history and how its celebrated outside the US where its more of a pop culture phenomon.

yeah cuz u get to dress up and have FUN wats that suppose to mean to u???? the bible and jesus and god had to have fun in there life just like u if u were with them or even in heaven i would still have fun just to see them i want to see them and see wat they look like but i dont no when the time is going to come for me and u so have a little fun in your life and pray for god and jesus after u are done with halloween and make sure u say it out loud so he can here it and just say this girl on the internet wanted me to have a little fun in my life and i hope u forgive me

As long as it is kept in the contex of 'fun' I think
it is ok; I decorate my home and give out candy,
sometimes I even dress up, just keep it 'fun and
enjoyment.
