So i like this guy and he knows that, but he doesnt seem to get it that he can aske me out. So he wont ask me, so i want to make the first move.... Is that right? And if so what should say? Please give me something!

Are you willing to be faced with the fact that maybe he does understand you want him to ask you out but he's not interested ? There is only one way to find out. Ask him out for something you like to do. I'd go with something easy like a movie and state it as a fact.
"there's a movie I want to see, would you like to go with me ?" Keep it simple and practice before you ask so you don't get too nervous and stumble.

The guy I like doesn't like me at all, but lots of people don't. If he hasn't asked you out yet, sorry, but I don't think he is interested. If you want to ask him out, go for it, maybe he does like you. Just ask if he wants to go out with a group of people, so it won't be so awkward at first.

If he's single, outgoing, flirts with other girls (or talks to them, even) and you are absolutely POSITIVE that he knows you like him (eg. you told him or someone else did), then he doesn't like you. If a guy likes a girl enough, he will do the chasing. Trust me. If you have your heart set on this guy, flirt more. If he doesn't respond, move on; because your time isn't worth wasting on someone who doesn't care for it.

girls should never ask guys out. flirt till he asks you out. if that doesn't work as a last resort, get one of your friends to talk to him and have her brag about you to him.
