does any one knows how to paint the cars in GT3 space A and make stikers on thim like rally cars?

You only get to choose colours when you purchase a car. No you cannot add decals or designs to them in GT3 A Spec.

If you want to add crap to the outside of your car, and have a lesser driving experience, try juiced or need for speed underground series.
