emotionally: Getting your heart broken...oh man i know what that feels like.
physically: Menstrual cramps( at least for me...cus i get them real bad)

Physical scars heal much quicker than emotional scars do. A person who is physically abused is emotionally abused too and still feels the pain long after the physical scars have healed.

Emotionally, especially when you lose someone you truly love or you go through a difficult breakup or divorce. Physical scars disappear after awhile, but the emotional scars may last a lifetime
