help please on how to remove it if i can't use norton!

If cr@ppy Norton isn't getting it then go to:
http://download.com and get Spybot Search & Destroy, UPDATE and run it! Do the same with Ad-Aware SE Personal by Lavasoft.
Personally, I'd deep six the Norton and get Avast! by Alwil.
All three suggested programs are FREE and I've used them for YEARS with GREAT results!!!

i believed so because my brother in law when he comes he always use Norton to remove virus

Norton is good for noobs and hoax viruses. You should write your own code based on AVG or SpyBot (you can hack their code like theres no tomorrow).
