Ok I know that the Champions League basically in group rounds its by points, so top 2 teams advance, but once it hits knockout round there is 2 fixtures played and away goals rule apply, final game is just one game winner take all. But say Real Madrid vs AC Milan in round of 16, First game in MADRID Real wins 2-1, second game in Milan, AC Milan wins 2-1. Which means that Real Madrid have scored 2 home goals and 1 away goal, but AC Milan have scored 2 home goals and 1 away goal too? So wtf? Whats next

Extra time first and if the score remains level, penalties.
However, in extra-time, away goals still apply, so should Madrid score again, Milan would need to score 2 in reply, to win.
Milan winning 2-1 at normal time and 3-2 after extra-time, translates to an aggregate score of 4-4, but Madrid winning the contest on away goals.

It depends how they got on against each other and then how they got on with others in their group ie milan beat celtic 6-0 however madrid beat them 7-0.
Madrid get the nod for they have a better goal difference. That is they either scored more and let in less than the team they have drawn points with.
I think that what your question meant.
the final is played at a neutral ground and is one match only.

an additional 30 minutes of extra time will be played & if the teams are still level, then the lottery of penalties will decide the winner.

Extra time, of course! If no clear winner after that, then penalties. Same as every other fifa competition.
