plan out your schedule so that you work for like 1 hour a day on each individual section of the book... take breaks also but dont get sidetracked.... abandon yourself in your room

starting NOW: organize your ideas. make and outline using the most important things you want to incluse in your script. make sure it is in order and will be a good "skeleton" for the story.
TOMORROW-fill in the details for each category in your outline. then, revise the outline by eliminating parts of the story that arent necessary in the script, and highlight parts that are more important.
NEXT DAY-start writing the script: transfer your outline into dialogue. Then, add in stage positions and things that arent said (ex-"smiles at johnny")
NEXT DAY- revise your script. read through, and make sure it makes sense and goes with the story.

after that, im not sure what else you'd need to do!! hope this helps ;)

Write a story board that describes each scene and the characters in the play
Also, describe the relationships and what the issue and resolution will be in the play.

Once you have that, then it's just dialog and stage direction.

For starters you can stop wasting your time on the computer and start reading the book. If you start now there is ample time to complete it
