I just finished watching all the movies in the halloween series, number 3 was the one I watched last (I happened to be watching them in the order they were coming on TV.) Anyways it had like nothing to do with Michael Myers, or anything relating to him. I wasnt alive when these movies came out so maybe someone could set it straight for me?

Claypool is correct. The only thing connecting them is Hollywood money. I do believe that in their misconception that they believe that just the thought of the Ghoul/Man that could not be killed would be enough. Keep following, Michael makes a comback....I love the way they change history of films

John Carpenter only played a small part in the production of this movie.....they were going to try and just turn the halloween movie idea into a series of different Halloween stories, but the ratings screamed for Myers after they flopped with part 3, so they brought him back.

It is not connected with it. At the time, the studio was just jumping on the bandwagon, and they tried to milk the Halloween series for what it was worth. The only true Halloween part would be the Myers masks. I don't think John Carpenter was on board for the that one either.

There are the first 6 and then Halloween H2O where Jamie Lee Curtis character chops off Michael Meyers head.Then Halloween Ressurection(the only one I have not seen) The first one Michael Meyers is a young child dressed in a clown costume on Halloween and he kills his sister, then they lock him up in the looney bin for about 15 years or so. He ends up escaping and killing a bunch of people. They all pretty much have the same plot Michael Meyers killing a bunch of teenage kids on Halloween, while his psychologist tries to catch and stop him. Jamie Lee Curtis' character is really his sister, and he tries to kill her. You should really watch them all, they are my favorite horror movies.

I have an opinion that its connected by the people invovled at the end they are the ones that sent michael out on a killing spree. They programed him since birth to become a killing machine.

it's not connected. i didn't like that one but the others that follow are good. Now i'm watching the last one Resurrection. "happy halloween"
