What is the easiest way to get mew on the game and at what level should i be at?

maybe i can help u i have mystery red mew is located between the 36-98 floors of buried relic but in order for mew 2 come out u must first get the parts from the regis.
regirock-15th floor-rock part
regice-25th floor-ice part
registeel-35th floor-steel part
when the parts come together they form a music box which brings out mew on the 36th & 98th floor. if u have a escape rope use it so u can put the music box in storage but u have to go through the buried relic again 2 get the parts from the regis to form the music box again. i'm not sure what level mew is at i have yet to come face 2 face with mew myself. good luck :)
