I'd do the trade, unless you already have a stud QB, like Bulger or McNabb.
Chicago's D will rack up serious points this season and it's a pretty big trade on your part.

I don't know about accepting it. Chicago is worth a little more than seattle + Edwards put together and stallworth is 1/2 the player manning is. This leaves you ahead, but what are your other WRs and do you have a QB? Cause the diff between the best QB and the tenth best is not a lot of points. And if you're short on WRs, picking up a brown is not going to do the trick.
If you've got two other solid WRs and a mediocre QB, flip a coin.

Don't even think about it...
JUST DO IT!!!
if you can get peyton manning and a decent player go with it.
Peyton ahs put up major stats this year. he will continue, it's a lot more likely for Peyton to have a big day than the Chicago d to, and now that their offense is doing better the d will do a little worse.

I think it would have already been a done deal if it was me. Someone in your league is either football illiterate or just plain stupid for offering the trade.
Just do it!
