I played sports for 12 years, (basketball and football) And have flat feet. And I am also 6'3 245lbs and up to 345lbs. I have got to the point of experimenting with options of relief. I now am a manager for Papa Johns and i am on my feet 10-11 hours 5 days per week. I took a sample of Lortab 10, I took 1 before work and 1 halfway thru work and it really helped me more than anything I have tried. I am unable to have surgery and this medication sustains me enough to work. Is this wrong trying this? Is there a better way because I know what exactly is wrong and I am financially unable for that.

Thank You
Steve

Why are you even against pain pills I'll never know. you do what you have to to get thru the day and have a life. I fell off a story and a half years ago and still suffer today, but not very often anymore. I was living on doans pills until the pain quit. Now i take aleve twice a day for the pain in my legs caused by lower back. If i don't need it i don't take it so dependitcy is not an option.

Natural childbirth is the worst the first time, definitely at least an 8 but only lasts a relatively short time and you have such a lovely gift at the end of the pain! (3 time winner! Had epidural with 4) A root canal gone wrong was horrendous- they didn't get all of the nerve and the tooth cracked and pinched what was left. On a holiday weekend, of course. Took days to find an oral surgeon to get the tooth out, a 10 in my book. Various broken bones and surgical healings but none were as bad as these 2!

My mother had an accident some years ago where her hand was crushed by equipment at the place she worked, after years of trying to find a way to end the pain by injections, pain killers, pills patches and a lot of different alternative medicines, the only thing that worked was a pacemaker like device that was implanted in her hip side with a cable going all the way to her spinal cord was attached to the section where her hand nerves where and with the stimuli of the pacemaker it would fool or scrambled the pain signal before going to the brain and replace the pain sensation with a tingling sensation, it was a trial operation at the time but it is now available to a lot of people, my mom even talks to patients sometimes before they proceed with he operation , not sure about the name but the device is made by medtronics. I hope this help I know it changed my mother's life and it can be used for almost any part or parts of the body!!!! good luck!!!

endulging yourself to sport is not bad.,but the older you're goin its stressfull, no matter how many good pain relievers you take, its your body system that weakened. did you try to have general check-up?general check-up will help you, and dont just take medication without doctors proper prescription.sometimes the risidue of medicines may damage some of your internal organs, like gall bladder and kidneys.but you said you are financially unable, there are some government hospital available to your area, why not try it. doctors in government hospitals are the same doctors working in private hospital (i think so)some are doin it free for medical mission. dont depend much on pain killers, as much as possible avoid it, it may cause sometimes a heart stroke. im not saying this to scare you, it happens to me.

Loratabs should only be taken under the strict supervision of your doctor. They are very addictive, both mentally and physically. Talk with your doctor in great length about the pros and cons of such a drug.

A FAMILY MEMBER BEGAN TAKING PAIN PILLS 40 YEARS AGO,SHE STILL TAKES THEM AT AGE 85. THE PROBLEM IS AFTER A SHORT WHILE YOU BUILD A TOLERANCE TO THEM ,THEN YOU NEED SOMETHING STRONGER AND STRONGER. I KNOW THIS IS EASY FOR ME TO SAY.....TRY ANOTHER FORM OF PAIN MGMT. YOU WILL BECOME MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY ADDICTED AFTER LONG TERM USE!
