Well you may want to try some Aleve, that usually helps me out. Also, I notice that if I drink extra water during that time of the month it tends to help with alot of my symptoms. I hope this helps you out and I hope you feel better.

When your back hurts you can use one of those Hot Patches that you buy in the store (Thermo patch). They can be well hidden under clothes and can be a live saver for the back.
They may help the cramps too. Otherwise, drink lots of water with lemon juice in it. Hot water with lemon is better but cold water is a second choice. It will help clear the liver, kidneys and other organs and relive some of the pain.
Try it.

Ooooh, I know how you feel. For cramps-Aleve(it works great!),use a heating pad. my friends always tell me to suck on a peppermint, it works. I think Mydol is also good for your period in general. Take it easy, it wont hurt as much. Birth control, so i have heard, is also a great cramp reducer

Take an ibupofen with food, curl up around a hot water bottle and rest. Cut down your salt intake 1 week before your period & it should help with PMS. Your doctor can have some good help for you, too. Good luck! I remember those 'good old days'!

use one of those heating things that stick to your back. I used to put it on my abdomen when my cramps were bad and it worked
