mudkip can be found in waterfall pond on the 1st and 3rd floor
u need waterfall 2 get inside the dungeon.

In the begining, you are asked what pokemon you want as a partner and mudkip is on the list. He is my partner on there. Also, if you want to be mudkip in the begining you must answer the interview questions a certain way in order to find out what pokemon you are. I'm a cyndaquil.
