Yes, he kills her in Halloween Ressurection. She tries to kill him, but it gets messed up and she kisses him and falls off the roof. It was a really good movie!

yes i'm not sure exactly wich sequal it is but in part 4 he is trying to kill the little girl,thats his neice because,he has killed the rest of his his family and is on a mission ,to get her next
