As a man my opinion would be that they are not real. The natural form of a breast for a woman approaching or in her early 30's is not quite that round and firm, the "lines" of the shape seem to be too "perfect" and quite obvious just as if a bag of saline was there (which is probably the case). But as a model I wouldn't blame her for doing it, it is her livelyhood to "look good" and make some women jealous and guys envious. That is what sells. If they are real and I am completely wrong, I sure would like to meet her. :-) If they are fake then the cosmetic surgeon did an excellent job and she is a smart lady, not too big (which makes it obvious), just to look good enough for some women to ask themselves "are they real"? :-)

They look fake. Breasts are usually not round like that at cleavage area. Also women that thin are usually quite flat chested (not all of course) since most of the breast is made of fat.
