Can any ladies here from other religious other than Christianity speak of their interfaith marriages to Christian non denominational or denominational men?

Thanks a lot

My fiance and I are 2 polar opposite religions. He is very religious, goes to pray weekly and I celebrate my faith more with tradition. However, we believe in love. Love is sharing with each other. We've both experienced each others faiths just for understanding. I've been with my own faith and so has he. Unless 2 people want to work at a marriage, it's not going to work.

I'm Wiccan, he is Catholic - we share alot of the same beliefs and can talk openly about the differences. We do not force our respective faiths on the other, nor do we condemn the other for not believing. We've been married 12+ yrs....=D

If your faith is all that important to you, you'll marry someone who shares it. Otherwise, the willingness to marry outside the faith basically says that religion isn't important. Usually until the baby is born, then all hell breaks lose over religion.

my parents were non religious when they got married. However, during the course of marriage, they both sought different religons for guidance: mummy became christian;daddy, became buddhist. it was hard work for them both, and the marriage became annuled

IF YOU BELIEVE THAT RELIGION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WHAT GOD ACTUALLY PUT ON THIS EARTH FOR (LOVE) THEN YOU SHOULD STAY SINGLE BECAUSE IT WON'T MATTER IF YOU BOTH ARE THE SAME RELIGION YOU WONT SEE THINGS THE SAME WAY THERE WILL ALWAYS BE DIFFERENCES IN HOW YOU BELIEVE. THAT IS WHY GOD GAVE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US A MIND OF OUR OWN.
