It should be at the very bottom of the radiator though it may be hidden behind a section of the fan shroud.Look for a small open ended valve with two butterfly wing shapes on it,if you can't find it or if the omitted it you can always remove the lower radiator hose to drain the radiator.

Most drain valves for a radiator are located on the bottom of the radiator either on the right or left hand side, They could be facing to the front of the truck or to the back

Get a GM small block about a 400CID 4 bolt main if its pre 1980, if its a newer crate motor get a 6 bolt main bottom end. it will be the size of a 350CID & will perform like a stroked 383CID & can handle the power of 500+ HP but with higher RPMs & less gas too. bullit proof bottom end. now think simple fuel injection like the RAM JET intake & fuel injection system with MSD A6l ignition box. headers & any performance mufflers that you like Mate this set up to a built TH400 with a Electric overdrive and the right rearend gears for tire burning & highway cruising.

Dude, if you cannot locate it, go ahead and disconnect the lower radiator hose. Sometimes the drain valve can leak when re-tightening it, proceed with caution especially with plastic radiators or fixed petcocks.
