Hmmmm-not to sure if all the questions are dumb.Some are serious.

I see a lot of homework questions on here, so some could be considered lazy. Some have not mastered English, so their questions come across as "dumb" to a native speakers. Some want help with illegal activities like passing a urine test or how to download copyrighted material. "Dumb" is relative just like normal.
