Have two windows open, the one to ask a question and the other the page you want to link to it.
On the page you want to link, highlight the URL line by left clicking on it, then right click, then click "copy".
Go back to question. Left click on Add details: right click, click on "paste"
You should have your link at the bottom of your question then.

just look under your picture and click edit and when it goes back you can add on additional infro
