Stay with soft eyeshadow colors. If you are still in school then chances are you dont need any base. Lip gloss is good but dont worry with lipstick. Mascara and a little bit of very lightly applied blush is good and throw in some soft natural colored eye shadow .

I was very complimented by men all during my teens and twenties because i didnt wear base and lipstick. Guys hate that stuff. Guys always told me they liked the way i looked because i looked more natural and not all caked up.

Peaches , cream, pale brown, and a blush that will compliment your skin tone but not a lot. Dont make it look like a stripe up your cheek. When you put it on rub it some with your hand or tissue to blend it and soften it.

If you can, go to a make up counter in Dillard's or Foley's get get them to do a make over on you and ask them to keep it modest. Then go to the drug store and get less expensive brands in the same colors. Be sure and tell them thank you and if you can then maybe buy some mascara from them since they get paid by how much they sell and they took time to do your make up.

I will pay the extra for the expensive mascara because it really does work better. But i refuse to pay extra for eye shadow because it is just mica powder no matter where you get it. Oh and i personally always use water proof mascara because if you get it in your eye later in the day , your eyes are burning and your make up is ruined.

it is going to be impossible for anyone to tell you how to put make up on cause we have not seen your face and different faces cause for different measures. I am really good with make up. If you can get by with what your doing stick to it. I love the simple look if you can pull it off. i wish i could but my complexion is kind of blotch so i have to use concealer, foundation, powder, and blush. Here are the tips i can give you though. if you decide to go with foundation test it on your wrist to make sure it matches you first. (there is nothing uglier than a girl with an orange face) also when selecting your foundation go with something really light such as the mouse. Use a foam applicator to get it blended into tour face with no streaks. When selecting blush you need to by department store brand i like clinique. it is kinda expensive but if you use drug store brand it wears off easily and the color will never be as good. everything else you can buy the cheap stuff. When using eye shadow dark colors go in the crease of your eye. use eyeliner sparingly and curl your eye lashes before applying mascara. oh and always use some kind of gloss or lipstick or you will look washed out. Hope all this helps!

I always think too much make-up on a young girl makes them look tarty. And when going to school the make up should be light and hardly there so that when you are going out on the weekend etc your make-up look can be different. So for school i would go cover up,( if needed at the time ) lip gloss , mascara and thats about all. Then at night/ weekend you can add some colour to the lips and eyeliner and eyeshadow and blush. This then gives you a complete different look for the "going out" compared to school.

here's what i do.. and it may seem like a lot.. but i wake up at 6:40 everyday and leave my house at about 7-7:15.
i shower then hop out and usually blow dry my hair sorta straight.. just so it's not wet..

then makeup.. takes me about 15 minutes.. i've been doing the same thing for a while now..
i use lots of loose powder.. the good kind that's mineral based ..
and makes your skin clearer..
then i wear this old school american eagle bronzer i bought one summer like 2 years ago.. and i still use it..
and sometimes add a little blush to that too..

then my eyes are like my thing.. it's what i spend time on..
i only use mac makeup.. im a mac girl.. let's see.. i use a beige eyeshadow to cover my eye.. just to make everything the same color.. and smooth..
then i add my bronze glittery eyeshadow to the eyelid. and then i take this pot of liner.. it's in a little glass bowl with a black lid.. then i use lots of mascara..
mac mascara, clinque dual mascara (white then black) , and the new covergirl purple bottle..

and then i spritz some perfume throw on some jewels and run out the door

I am homeschooled, so I don't have a specific makeup routine for school. However, this is what I wear to rehearsals, shopping, ect.
- Mascara (Maybelline New York XXL Volume and Length, Maybelline New York Unstoppable)
- Eyeliner (not normally, but when I do, Maybelline New York Line Stylist in Brown)
- Eyeshadow (Estee Lauder)
- Foundation (not normally, but when I do, Maybelline New York Pure.Makeup Liquid Foundation in Light 5)
- Lipgloss (Claires in Spoiled)

It just depends on what look you are going for, I am blonde, I have blonde eyelashes, so I where black mascara, other wise I look like I have no eyelashes. You may also try some lip liner and lip gloss so you have a little more color, if you are wanting to stay very nuetral go for a color that is very low key, but there is not a whole lot you can do with all the clear stuff

Well if that is how you want to do your makeup thats fine. I have no idea how old you are.. but Im 24 and I dont wear that much. I get complimented on my makeup constantly though. I just wear covergirl coverup in the blue contanier that you use a sponge to apply.. then light brown eye shadow and black mascara. I think it helps me out a lot. But if thats what you want to do thats fine. I never liked powder and blush at all. So i personally dont use them. Hope this helps you!

First that skin-colour cream that you use to cover bags and acne. Then, pressed powder. A light blush, eyeliner and eyeshadow (that MATCH!) and I curl the eyelashes, because mascara makes me cry. A peach coloured lipstick and some lipgloss, and you´re ready to go:)

Make up is fine. I put on blush and eye shadow cause I look pale in the morning . For make up I basically like browns and pinks light blue and green look good on me for eyeshadow. After you put makeup on for a while you'll find what kind and color works best for you. I have never worn as much makeup as you do though!
