4 weeks pregnant,and need to know if filtered water is safe to drink,or should i switch to bottled water?

The only thing to worry about would be if you live in an old home with lead pipes. If you water is contaminated then it could cause birth defects. You probably have a very low risk though. You should consult your obgyn and they can give you the exact risks. They would be more familiar with the living conditions and water in your area than any of us on Yahoo.

i have four kids and i drank tap water filtered water and bottled water
the best thing is to go with what is cheaper for you. but if you go with the tap water just let it run for a minute before you drink any. that way you dont get the naste tasting stuff and if you go with filter just make sure that you change the filter all lot so that it dies not back up.

I hate to tell you this but back in the days when I was pregnant we never heard of bottled water unless you were talking distilled water for the iron. Guess what all of you are OK at least I think you are LOL.
