EXACTLY!! If you think it's wrong and it's murder, fine, don't do it. But don't go charging into other people's lives saying what they can and can't do! That's not even "moral" in the first place!

This issue has really gotten carried away the true issue is does a state have a right to regulate medical procedures. Every other procedure is regulated by the states why not this one. In every case it involves life and death issues. I do not like to get into the issue of when life begins or any of that it is to subjective and open to opinion at this time. The courts have recognized time and time again that states can regulate medical procedures. The only exception to this is drugs in which most courts wrongfully side with the feds.

While someone else may need/want an abortion for a reason that is appropriate for them, I personally couldn't have one, but I have a daughter who had one - for an excellent reason. I agreed fully with her decision and supported that, but my own personality (and my age) would not have been able to handle the emotional impact it would have had on me. Therefore, my personal opinion is that no one should be able to make this very important decision for someone else....and definitely not politicians!

i think you are on the right track but there are times that some weman can not chose for there selves.that some times they need the help. i think personialy that it is wrong to have an abortion. although there are people that if they do get pregnat they have no choice but to abort. there are the ones that use the system for not wanting to have any resposablity for the life they can or don't want to support. but for the ones that would love to have the life they have to give up i will feel for them. because there are some people that can never concive a child do to medicial reasons. i pray for you.

Ok, if you belive that than why can't I beat my children till they're black and blue and torture my pets? It's a personal choice to do those actions so why does the government outlaw child abuse and animal abuse? Because it's WRONG!!! Abortion is murder.... murder of a tiny innocent baby. That should never be a legal choice. Just for the record, politicians and the courts should not make this decision. The people of America deserve the right of choice... the choice to make abortion illegal.

Well if you were aborting a kidney, a spleen or a lung who cares but it is a human life and someone needs to speak for those who can not plead for life themselves. You are fortunate that your mother made the choice that allowed you to live, do you like living? How about letting all life have a chance.

As long as I live in this country as a citizen, I have a right to have my opinion on public policy... Same as you...
Whether you like it or not, the USA has a Constitution which guarantees the right of free speech to everyone.

None, a persons descision should not be in my hands but my own. Though i dont agree with abortions, not because of religious reasons, just my own opinion, I do believe in freedom of choice. I shouldn't have to tell women wether they can or cannot have one.

I want to be the lawyer for some petrie-dish sized unborn human-form organizms.
They can't fire me. I put them on the 25-year payment plan.

You have a number of religious zealots who will heartily disagree with you and try to make you be " good " or else.
Thankfully we still have some kind of a wall between church and state. Let us keep things this way.
