i wrote earlier about my brother in law who keeps passing out.i was asked if he had any head injuries,no.i was asked how long this was going on, for about 2 yrs.he doesnt do any drugs.he doesnt take any meds.but he feels light headed before it happens, then passes out,eyes still open and fixed and his body gets stiff.that last 1- 5 min.he doesnt seen alert(does not respond to us)then after that passes he is tired and week for 2 or 3 days.he will not seek help he says its nothing and he doesnt have med.we called the ambulance but he refused treatment,but they said his pulse was 74?i didnt see his blood pres.but there is a history of heart problems and lukiemia(bad speller)in the family.i would like to know i love him and dont want to lose him but i cant talk him into going to see the doc.i was told this could be a heart problem or brain tumor???so i gave more detail this time.thank you

Whatever is wrong with him it is clear that he needs some investigations and treatment. But if he refuses then there isnt much you can do except be there for him. Keep trying to persuade him , you may suceed. Try and find out why he wont go to hospital and help him thru any gfears he has. Good luck I hope you get him to go!
PS I would say its more likely to be a heart problem

May be low blood pressure or decreased glucose in circulation (hypoglycemia) , Aortic stenosis which is a heart condition where the aortic valve is narrowed and blood supply to brain is lowered can also be one of the reasons.

could be low blood pressure but also can be pauses in heart rhytm he really needs to see a doctor becuase if he has heart pauses could need a pacemaker or some meds or something

Might be a good idea to have him see a doctor. Unless he wants to die...
