There is no traditional dress associated with Año Nuevo in Spanish-speaking countries. Have a look at these photos, and you will see.

By the way, you should focus on improving your English, before delving into other cultures. It's "wear" (not where), and "countries" (not countys). I won't even tell you what ano means, just in case you haven't been able to figure out how to type ñ.

There is no traditional dress.. but in most of the Spanish speaking countries, people tend to wear white for peace and purity and red for passion and happiness.
