I have also just gotten off taken percocet for over a year because of headaches and back problems. I'm wanting to stop them. If anyone has suggestions on good vitamins or any other advice that would be great. I'm wanting to start exercises more, maybe yoga, it's been hard to find the time with full time job and a child. Any help? Thanks

You need a good multivitamin for women with Iron. Also take an extra calcium, Vit B 12 & 50 & 6, and vitamin C. In this combo it should help. 1500 mg of calcium and take recommended amount on the other three as they are water soluable and will not build up in your body. Exercise helps and you need to do some deep breathing exercises. many of us women do not learn how to breathe deeply, we just use shallow breaths. Therefore we are not getting enough quality oxygen to build and repair cells. You can't feel well without it.
Build up a light sweat 3x per week (walking, jump on mini trampoline, jump rope, jazzercise to videos). Then yoga or floor exercises the other days.
You will feel better in about a week and will keep improving. Good Luck

you could be coming down with a cold. Do you have alot of wax in your ears? That's a common sign for an illness.

The weather is changing as well. We tend to get sleepier in coldier weather.

Excersise is an excellent idea.
It can boost your metabolism making you less sleepy.

Suggestions: Get to bed early, start taking vitamin C, exercise, lots of fruit and veggies, lay off the caffeine.

Finally, check your moods. If you have been sad lately, check to make sure you are not slipping into a depression which being lazy and tired is also a sign.

I feel you girl! Ok last year I took a leave of absence from work because I was attacked and almost raped while I was working. I am a district manager for a whole sale frozen food company, and I was training a new guy and he ended up attacking me. Anyway it scared me, and I locked myself in the house, and I ended up in therapy. I was put on all kinds of medicine that made me very lazy all the time. After a while my husband begged me to try to come out of this depression I had slipped in to. I realized bad things happen to people all the time, and they find some way to get through it. I had children and a husband waiting for me to come back to them. They needed me and I needed them. I got off the medicine, and 3 weeks ago I went back to work, back to the job I had before. I had been with the company for 3 years and nothing had ever happened before to me or anyone else. Chances of it happening again are slim to none. Drop the pills, get on an exercise program, and live again. I did and I feel alot better. Good luck to you.

Stop all of the multi vitamins, and just drink a 3 or less carb protein shake. Get the powder so that you can mix it with water. Do not use milk. It will perk you right up and make you feel great. You are probably just lacking proper nutrition and exercise. The protein will give you more energy. It helps me go all day. Also try Diet Mountain Dew with Ice.

I take prenatal vitamins(you can get a bottle of 300 or so store brand at like CVS or Walgreens for under $20). I am not pregnant but taking them has improved my energy level and they improve your skin and hair, so it's a plus! It is also good to have lots of fresh veggies in your diet and less carbs. Carbs tend to bring you down. So add vitamins and lots of green veggies. Hope this helps

Only quit this medication with the help of a good doctor. Don't quit all at once, cut down slowly. Spend more time with people, and exercise more, drink more water, and do what makes you happy, try not to be alone so much.

You are stressed out...over-worked. The result of this is that you have become depressed. Up to you want you want to do...there are anti-depressants out there..I'm not convinced they're right for everybody. Guess..best I can do is say...LOVE yourself...don't want too much stuff..Find a friend you can be honest with and talk to them about it...Last thing..and I'm not sure this will help you at all...but you are NOT alone...Millions (billions??) of we humans are hurting emotionally these days. Peace.

I wonder if you are having bouts with depression? It might have been triggered by being changed off of percocet or general stress factors or hormones being messed up.

Best to have a doctor properly diagnose you.

It sounds like such a small thing, but I have found it effective. Drink more water. Even very mild dehydration can really effect your energy level and your health.

This isn't a solution, but it might be a start.
