I missed the call that's why I ask

Some people have it set up with their phone company so that when they dial a number, and the person on the other line has caller ID, it shows (no number).

Other instances... some people are stupid and use it to prank.
You dial *67 before dialing someone's phone number and it will show up as (no number). This costs $1 every time though, I believe.

Theres no possible way of finding out what the number was, sorry.

it could be a number of reasons. blocked #, international call, someone calling from their computer using a program like 'skype'. who knows.

It's an unlisted number that called you--prolly some business.

Whoever called you blocked there number.

The caller blocked their phone number so you could not see it.

it happened to me before. the call was an international call. most likely it's the same thing.

It was probably a private number.
