I think it's a good ruling. Though I am tired of homosexuals trying to push to be recognized as gay marriage. Why can't they just accept same sex unions which have all the legal perks heterosexual marriages or should I say marriage has.

I think alot of Americans have been totally bamboozled on this issue. They don't want civil unions. They don't want acceptance.

They want approval. And they don't just want it from the State, either. They want it from the Church...

It's about time

it finally hit a state and a court with the guts to nuance that sucker right off the think-deficient issues table.

Gay people have come a long way with their rights these past fifty years now, and there's no need to stop short on their family-rights But the WAY the issue gets used has totally been such an annoying drag.

I couldn't agree with you more. With the civil unions they have everything they could want legally as marriage.

I think more so trying to push the homosexual agenda.

It looks like the New Jersey decision is another example of legislation from the bench. It says that same sex marriages should be afforded the same rights as hetero sex marriage. This is a huge win for gay rights and a huge lose for the morality of the United States. This country is clearly on the same path as Sodom and Gomorra.

I think the good people of New Jersey can pick up the tab its going to cost them for their less than 1% of the population health care, social services and everything else that it costs. They thought they paid high health insurance costs now, it just got higher!

I believe that homosexuals deserve the same rights as heterosexuals. I thought that this was a free and unprejudiced country.
