In my opinion, and don't be offended because everyone has different taste, I don't like it. My husband has his ears pierced and stretched, and it took me a while to get him to take them out, but he did. I won't lie it does look good on some guys but that's RARELY, and to be honest MOST of them, NOT ALL, are gay. But like i said that's just my opinion. In the end you know what looks good on you and what doesn't, but GOOD LUCK in your decision making.

My husband has a stud in and I hate it when he takes it out. If you get it pierced with a stud I think it is six weeks before you can take it out, but if you don't put anything back in it will heal up quick, you have to clean it everyday to avoid infection

The person piercing your ear will insert a stud,- for the obvious purpose to stop the wound sealing itself closed as it heals. It will take about six weeks to fully heal,
Everyone to their own but I only like to see women wearing ear rings.
Many years ago my brother came home one day with a gold ear ring and obviously fearing the worse, our very dis approving father remarked, " I hope you are going to tell me your 'Jolly Roger' pirate ship is anchored somewhere at the top of the road!, or, you are thinking of leaving home!""

its ok as long as the jewellery suits you. When your ear is pierced they will actuallt pierce it with a stud style earring from a gun like tool. The person doing this for you will advise on how to keep it clean avoid infection and when you will be able to change your jewellery.

Do it . Ive got both my ears pierced and stretched.
The stud goes in straight away (done by the person putting it in) and after a couple of weeks you can upgrade to what ever you like

I like piercing on blokes but no big loops(not right)
about 6 to 8 weeks roughly if you clean it like you are supposed to and twist stud every so often
good luck
