Don't crash diet!! I'll tell you how do it and stay healthy.

1. Eat a bowl of Grape Nuts or Frosted Mini Wheats three times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). But only eat the suggested serving amount, don't go crazy.
2. At 10am and 4pm, eat two pieces of fruit.
3. Drink 8-8oz glasses of water throughout the day.
4. Walk for 30 minutes at a brisk pace 2 times each days, once in the morning and once in the evening.

If you adhere to these things, you stand a good chance of losing the weight.

Try this it was invented by a dietician for obese people who need an operation in two weeks time.
There is enough for one week so freeze half freshly made to last the week.
I cheated and did it for a whole month every other month went from a 40in waist to a 32in without to much effort.

Operation Soup

Ingredients.

3 large onions
1 large or two small green peppers
1 bunch of celery
½ head of green cabbage
1 leek
2 tin chopped tomatoes
1 packet of French onion soup (any brand)
3 vegetable stock cubes (I use oxo)

Cut all vegetables into bite size pieces if your not going to liquidize.
Place all in a large pot add enough water to cover.
Simmer until vegetables are cooked add more water if necessary.

NOTE
To be eaten as a two meal replacement (largest and the smallest).
You can still have a light lunch or light evening meal.
Should not exceed 5 days at a time and 10 days a month.
You will pass more water so make sure you keep up your water intake.

why do you need to loose 10 pounds in 10 days. All them diets that actually work when you do that. Dont work in the long term. after you loose the 10 pounds a week later you'll gain it back. If not more! Unless you are at an un healthy weight right now. I dont advice you to do that to your body it's not very good for you!

OK, I'll tell you, but you gotta promise to stop this diet after 2 weeks, otherwise you will die!

Drink 6 litres of water a day.
Drink 4 glasses of water with liver salts (Andrews).
Don't on any account eat any sugar or anything with sugar in.
The same goes for wheat, potatoes, starch, cereals and rice.
Eat as much as you like of grilled turkey/chicken breast (skinless), boiled or steamed fish, egg whites, tuna in brine and raw mushrooms.
Eat daily, five 200 gram portions of either cabbage, cauliflower, lettuce, celery, spinach, green tomatoes, cucumber, watercress, rocket or runner beans (all preferably raw, if not partially boiled/steamed).
Do not eat any salt whatsoever.
If you are not one for gym visits, try and complete 3 brisk walks (1 mile) a day.
Make sure you retire to bed before 10 pm, sleep right through until no later than 6 am. And don't on any account nap during the day, especially after eating.
Don't eat anything after 7pm. If you have hunger pangs, neutralise them with carbonated water.

Keep this up for no longer than 10 days. As the days progress, you will start to feel slightly weaker. This is perfectly normal, so try and stick it out, and make every effort to complete those walks.

Good luck, and let us know how you got on (email me at simongodden1@aol.com).

It can be done, and a crash diet is the only way. but what are you going to do after Nov 3? I hope you will go back to a normal diet.

Please don't try, it is very bad for you.
Other options: If you are just trying to fit into something: try a less drastic diet and add some crunches etc, to reduce waist size.

If you have to weigh in for something, the only thing you can do is make sure your bladder and bowel are empty.

Again drastic is dangerous. Is it worth damaging yourself or ending up in the hosital.

It's not possible but if you do i would eat like string cheese, yogurt, you know low cal things then just exercize. Sit on a ball while watching t.v. do sit ups constantly run as mush as possible stretch constantly and always just keep moving. That burn calories which burns fat which is what you want to loose! But don't starve yourself just eat low cal foods. Also the most important rule to weight loss... DON'T DRINK CALORIES!!! All its doing is letting you drink. Why drink calories when you can eat them?? (unless your doing slim fast which i also reccomend!)

It would be really unhealthy to do that, however if you insist.
Eat only fruits and veg, preferably raw.
Drink only water and de-caffinated teas.
Avoid dairy at all costs but do take calcium supplements.
Not only will you lose weight but you will detox your body, though i can't promise you will lose 10lbs

It's possible only if you starve yourself. But wouldn't that be bad if you don't eat for what, 10 days?! Just eat healthy and remember----portions
