I rarely get uncomfortable about anything so hearing men talk about their manly issues does not bother me at all.............

As a guy, it's just not our thing. And a lot of guys are ignorant of the mechanincs and how it all works. We're pretty much in the dark, because it's not the type of topic our parents tell us about. We see it as messy, dirty, smelly, and would freak out if we had to contend with it. Just keep it as one of those 'women' topics that should not be shared with men in the office. Your husbands or boyfriends, that's a different matter. Your partners are more intune with what's happening to their loves. You're actually getting that reaction because you're in a public setting. If you discussed this privately, they would respond differently.

Well, unless the guy really knows you personally, he probably gets uncomfortable. If you heard them talking about prostrates and all that stuff how would you feel?
