For the past 24 hours or so, I get twinges in my lower right abdomen, feeling like little zings. My period is acouple days late, ovulated 2 weeks ago and its not gas or cramp feeling. It's more like a stinging sensation. I'm wondering if I could be pregnant and if this is a normal feeling for an early pregnancy. I have set aside friday to take a HPT. Just wondering in advance if anyone has experienced this?

Take a home pregnancy test... most likely you are pregnant... so just to be sure take a pregnancy test.

I have, but I still can't figure out what it is. Every time I take a HPT it's negative. If the test is negative, I'd say call your doctor if it still hurts. I always thought mine was ovulation... but I guess not.

have not experienced it, but if pain worsens it could be appendicitis or a pregnancy in the fallopian tube {ectopic pregnancy} and is an emergency!! Best wishes to you.
