Yes, you should try a combination of sprint lifts and stretching. Also, a sort of jump/sprint combo exercise can help. Your success will depend greatly on your age. If you're between 12 and 20, you have a good chance of improving over a two week period.

You need to get rest in between workout periods. (very important) You want to take it easy for about 24-48 hours before you need to 'perform'.

a couple of weeks this is going to be hard, but if you work everyday you should be able to gain those three inches. you could tie wieghts around you and jump 20 times. do this about three times a day. each day add 5 more jumps on to the total. at the end of each week, add an extra wieght ( gram, ounce, pound, ton, any amount of wieght is fine, it just depends how high you want to jump. I would suggest to start with two pounds and add on one each week). in jumoing normally you will regain your balance and, before you know it, jumping higher. good luck!

Tape 12" blocks for your footwear. You did say 'quick period of time'. Anyway it's going to take you many years so as to add that so much too your vertical leap, coach for muscular energy utilizing sporting activities reminiscent of calf increases and the leg press.

Honestly no. Drinking an energy drink before the activity should help though.

a bunch of squats would help if you had about a month or 2 but if you dont then ride a bike uphill will help more than anything else.
