I have to have the tv on when I fall asleep!
I'm kinda afraid of the dark!

I sleep with a candle lit..... Kind of makes the room more comfortable... since a this time i am the only one in my bed ( my heart is out of town working ALL THE TIME)

I usually fall asleep with the tv on, but it's on a timer so it goes off after about an hour.

I don't like wearing lamps, the bulb burns when it rubs against my skin.
