Frankenstein is stronger and in the daylight could squash the crap outta Dracula...but because Dracula is a creature of the night, he can change into different creatures and attack Frankenstein when he least expected it. I call it a draw!

Boy, that's a tough one! It'd be easy for Frank to replace any parts that got ruined, just go to the nearest cemetery. But Dracula is the undead, and can morph into a wolf, bat, or mist......Dracula would probably kick Frank's hodged-podged @ss!
