Employers have the right to hire based on a person's background. I doubt if you owned a bank that you would hire a thief to guard the vault.
That is why parents try to teach their children to be good so that they will not make mistakes that will follow them thru their lives. You have a record because of choices you made in the past. Now you need to work harder to get the job you want.

yes you can stop comitting crimes and then maybe society will accept you back in it again. as for doing anything to the people that refused to give you employment no you can't do anything about them. Hell even i would not hire you.
