Of course you can, but please realize that if you do get a job on your own the employment agency may very well collect a fee from you... check your agreement. Think about it this way... in real estate you sign an agreement with a Realtor to sell your property for a commission. Now if you read the fine print, even if YOU sell it, they get their commission. Reason? How can anyone know if you really generated that lead yourself or it was a result of the advertising done on your behalf.

Some employers don't use an agency---so your perfect job could be out there, and you'll never find it unless you look yourself!
I know plenty of people who found better jobs than an agency could find them.

Yep...that's a rip off. till that's a central authority corporation (like One-end or EDD), stay removed from them altogether. in case you needed $ final week, then check out your interior sight Kelly, Robert 0.5/OfficeTeam or Apple One workplaces the place they get your value out of the income (no direct value to you yet those companies get a good purchase better than $185 whilst they deliver you to artwork first - till you purely put in some days). however those places are no longer as sturdy as they as quickly as have been, they not at all value an in develop value to locate somebody artwork.

Of course. It isn't all the time they have a job for you once you are finished with one. Good luck interviewing and beating out the other candidates though.
