Passion is feeling very strongly, and obsession is becoming consumed by something.

Passion is to love or want something so so much, Obsession is to do anything to see/have/be close to that something (or someone!) I. E. Passion= Call your boyfriend a couple times a day to tell him what a great time you guys are going to have later. Obsession= To call him 15 times, and between calls, to think and talk about him 24/7.

Passion to love someone or something to die for that thing or person.
obsession to think only you can have that one or thing if you can't no on can.
Obsession to call your boyfriend 4 time a day is being obsessed!!! to call him once maybe twice or everyother day is not OBssession
