Theres a lot of possiblites for cheap costumes. most of which you can just pull out fo your closet. if you live in a warmer area or its an ok night You can be tom cruise from risky business. A pair of whitey tightes a white button up shirt some socks a pair of shades andthere you go.
or
A construction worker just wear some jeans a paint stained shirt some work boots a tool belt if you have one and a dirty looking bandanna over your head
or
take a sheet and make a toga and you can be a character from Animal House you just need to get a laurel wreath for your head
or
As trailer trash Wear sloppy clothes whatever style you choose have a five o clock shadow and wear a truckers hat a six pack of empty beer cans and a cigarette

You could dress up as IT you know Stephen King's IT? or Thing 1 or thing 2. all you need is a blue wig some white face paint and red clothes like sweats or long johns.
I don't know your age but everybody knows who thing 1 and thing 2 are.

just throw watever ur dad or u have in the closet on u or just find some vampire teeth and some face paint and paint it on to make a vampire or be a pirate u can get a sword at the dollar store and some pirate stuff
so have fun looking for a costume!!

Be a mobster. All you have to do is if you have a suite wear that. Or borrow a family memebers or friends. and a white tie. and buy a fake machine gun.and dont forget the hat.

let your beard grow a few days, do not wash your hair a few days....get your jeans out with the most holes, same with a t-shirt, dirty them up a bit and go as a bum, wineo etc etc. or in the alternative........get a pumkin bigger than your head and carve it.....and wear it as a mask with black jeans and t-shirt. that sounds like fun.

a mummy... buy cheap bandages on your local store, stain them w red marker and wear them over a decent pair of shorts... if it's cold do not forget your coat!
