Realistically speaking. Definately not. Unless some yahoo mathemetician can come up with a formula that may prove, in hteory, otherwise, there is no way a human being can outrun a bullet, even if the bullet is a sub-sonic round and does not travel past the speed of sound!!

Depends how you go about this question. If it's a 9mm bullet shot out of a gun, then no human can out run a bullet. But, if a 99m bullet is lobbed manually by hand, then sure, I see no reason why a 5 year old boy couldn't out run a lobbed 9mm bullet.

Hi:

The answer is No

A bullet travels at 1,500 mph, a boy might run traveling at 2 to 3 mph, remind me of a Starchy And Hutch Show where this guy { a Drug dealer} was trying to run across the intersection trying get away from them and Starchy yell out my bullet from my gun can reach you faster than you can run across at street in about 2.5 millionth of a second and he was about 50 to 60ft away.

Hope this answers your question and your not trying this out for real.
