Click English under the picture when it starts. Then on next page on left, click "Write Santa" next page you get Snail Mail and Email options. Not sure you get the free stuff until Christmas Eve.
Starting November 17 go here and NORAD keeps an eye on Santa with Radar; http://www.noradsanta.org/index.php
NORAD is the North American Aerospace Defense Command they have to watch where Santa is to route Fighter Jets to escort Santa in hostile areas.
