Why don't you try calling their 800 number? They will be able to give you the best ETA.

They usually use overnight shipping. Chances are that you will get it sometime this week. I'm surprised you don't already have it.

You have to have a UPS, or Fed Ex, or whatever shipper tracking number to do that. Get this number from where you ordered the phone.

you can send a tracking unit at any us post office.for a small fee.
