iTunes, because it's legal, and although you have to pay 99 cents, the sound quality is better than a regular mp3. Also, if you use Limewire or any other free program of the sort, you're bound to get lots of bad viruses, firewall or not. Depending where you live, Limewire is also illegal.

i dont think there is a best one. i payed for mp3extreme and with it i got limewire,bit torrent, winmx and about ten others for twenty dollars. now i only use winmx. its personal choice, there is no such thing as the best. good luck.
