Homo sapiens which means wise man
where Homo is the genus and sapiens is the species.

The answer would have to Homo Saphiens, although I'm not positive about the spelling. Homo being the Genus, which is all in a dead man's classification system, while saphiens is the species. I think it's awkward that scientist use the last 2 names on the classification system to identify an organism.

Homo sapiens sapiens

The second "sapiens" which is our subspecies is sort of a relic from the time that we thought that Neanderthal man was the same species -- they used to be called "Homo sapiens neanderthalensis."
