Looks like they're called "Pon and Zi", and are by someone called Azuzephre, who originally posted them on his/her DeviantArt account - http://azuzephre.deviantart.com/ - but has apparently now removed them.

Same here!! I've been trying to find out for ages...the best way to find them is to type "emo cartoon" in an image search engine...
