If he is guilty and the girl didnt make it up. He might have told her to get her dirty hands off the window glass.
So anyway, if he is guilty of RAPE on a 13 year old girl, then he should go to jail for a long long time. - OR - get his penis cut off.

he should have life in prision, and have inmates rape him like he did to this girl and see how he likes and feels, and chop is thing off and watch him suffer like this girl is going to for the rest of her life...!!!!
